We would like to take the opportunity to thank all our course attendees and those with bookings that had to be postponed.
Regrettably we can only attend to admin matters on one day a week at present, we are trying to re-schedule and rebook courses so that everyone gets to go on the course they want.
So that we can accommodate everyone we are offering more course dates with smaller numbers. In the case that none of the alternative dates are suitable we are also offering an open-ended, non-name-specific gift voucher. So you can give the course as a gift to someone else, or save it for next year – the voucher is for the course, not for the value so you will get to attend the course you wanted to.
Please refer to our updated terms and conditions when booking a course as we have had to revise them after COVID.
Also regrettably we have had to put our prices up to counter the smaller group sizes. This will be revised when groups can return to their normal numbers. We did sound this out with recent course attendees who said that the cost of the course was still excellent value and an understandable move.
