Keep it meat free – our wild bread making course and wild vegetable and plants cookery course.

We use a wide range of ingredients which are not only cooked to perfection, they are made using foraged produce.

Our equipment is traditional and set in a beautiful location.

Seafood and game.

Super tasty and widely available ingredients, we show you extensive techniques and methods to get all the taste from fish and a range of game products.
