Over the past few years I have been mastering the art of brewing and preserving natures wild harvest, using basic ingredients (spring water and honey or sugar) and up-cycled equipment to produce inexpensive; pure, simple and truly delicious drinks – all with medicinal attributes.

Wild brewing course making homemade wine and beer using wild plants flowers and fruit.The course starts with a tasting of some of the wines and beers from the previous seasons before we set about familiarising ourselves with the equipment and process needing to successfully brew, we will then forage and process available fruits, flowers and plants to be made into wines and beers.

 

What we process on the day will be divided amongst the students to be taken back and allowed to brew at home, so you can appreciate the full process and of course get to taste the rewards of your efforts at the end of the brewing process which varies but is often between 2 to 6 months.
